Anyway, yours are very beautiful and I was curious where you got the gold bar from? I live in a small town so the craft stores here only have crappy materials. Thank you for the compliment 😊And all my supplies and materials are purchased online from different wholesale vendors...I prefer to use only gold filled findings (or sterling silver) so my supplies can get pricey as well. I saw the druzy macramé piece in your closet...nice! I LOVE druzys too, but agree that they are very costly. I don't use too many gemstones, if at all, mostly Swarovski crystals. Also, druzys are pretty heavy and the cords I use are thin for micro-macramé. Plus, if you hadnt noticed, my style is very dainty and delicate...if they made tiny little druzys, that would be awesome! Do you wire-wrap them yourself? If so, well-done! It's beautiful work. I'll definitely share your stuff as you add more 👍 I honestly don't sell too many bracelets directly off pm, most ppl go to my etsy shop and order from there...thankfully saving me 20% 😉 Anyway, thanks for checking out my stuff! It's always nice to find another artist around here✌❤

maroon14 @chloepiece oh it definitely gets spendy as I've gotten older and have a more defined style, I only like to use the nicer stuff. It's hard to find here in Moscow because all we have is Joann's and Michaels. Which actually I got the Druzy stones at Michael's (they're real) but still $6.99 for just one gets expensive!! I tried to look up Druzy stones for wholesale but even those are expensive and usually coming from India, so it's even more expensive with shipping. Yes, I did wire wrap the stone. I've done a lot of wire wrapping with sterling silver before so this was kind a piece of cake. Etsy is a great place to sell your stuff. I love it, it's just so hard for me to let go of some of my pieces haha. :-)

maroon14 Also I like the cording you use, I like how dainty and the simplicity. They are very classic pieces you could wear dressed up or down. I like that. I use nylon knotting cord on mine so it's a bit more heavy but I found the best deals for it is off eBay.

chloepiece @maroon14 Wow $7 per stone is expensive!! Have you searched the supply section on Etsy? Sometimes you'll find sellers listing them for fairly decent prices. I don't know why I'm particular about this, but I only buy USA-made products. Maybe it's better quality, but I have to make certain that my pieces stay true in color and quality and don't fade, tarnish, etc. (with the exception of sterling) Whenever I get materials that I've never used before, I'll run experimental tests and make my friends and family wear the pieces 24/7 to see how durable the materials are. Lol they're my guinea pigs 😊 What's the name of your etsy shop? I'll add you to my circle 😉 Thank you for sharing my stuff! And good luck with your jewelry!
