mink stole

This is a vintage mink stole. It has been taken care of very well. I went over it carefully and found only one small mark. I actually can't tell if it is something on the fabric or the fabric is worn. The mark is in a photo on the bottom row. It's beautifully made and I would proudly wear it but I live in the south where it doesn''t get very cold. The lining looks new. I believe it is satin. It fits nicely across my shoulders and has two small pockets in the front you can put your hands in and pull it closed. It's very warm and comfortable to wear. I took a photo of the hook and eye. The color in the photo is a bit light. I looked at furs on the internet and the closest color to this fur is called "whiskey." It is an Annis Fur that was sold exclusively in Pfeiffers of Arkansas.
