does this have tassels and hang tag? is it new or preowned? what is white mark on front left dowel? any defects, wear, stains, scratches or odors? thank you.

@rottieluv hi! This purse is brand new and has only been taken out of the package to evaluate. The white mark isn’t there, most likely a glare from the flash or a piece of carpet.
