Front creases are sewn in waist to bottom of pant legs. Size XL; waist measured flat 17” (= 34”, some stretch); hip measured flat 21” plus stretch; front rise 10” if I am measuring correctly; inseam 31.5”; flat width at bottom 9”. Never worn.
