moa moa Boho bell sleeve stretch tie-back top

Very nice moa moa v-neck boho style top with 3/4 bell sleeves. It ties in the back. Very stretchy and has that slinky material feel and fit. There are small pleats or ruching in the lower bust. There's a small discoloration in one of the back ties otherwise it's in great condition! Normal wear. No holes, stains, loose threading or pilling. See pics. Size small. Length is 26". Chest is 15".
