modcloth (brand is influence) sleeveless shirt dress in navy with red city print. light and flowy, gold buttons, elastic waist. size uk 10 is us 6, but skirt is very gathered and waist is very stretchy so it could definitely fit a size up. two mini chest pockets. only worn once.
