This dress is basically new other than I wore it for less than an hour for a tiny fast wedding ceremony that I was a guest at. This is a beautiful dress and a screaming good deal. It runs large, btw. I paid $329.00 but is now for sale on Amazon for $200. The waist band stretches. The top is meant to be blousy. The blue color is rich and dark blue, unlike my photos. The skirt is fully lined. This is a great winter wedding guest dress. It was very cold when I wore it - literally for an hour - so I wore a light low cut sweater underneath it. I wasn't cold.
