Made by Murmur. Lingerie inspired dress with garter decorations at the bottom . Body of dress is of a stretchy but hugging material (88% polyester %12 elastase) . Size 36. Underbust 32 inches , waist 24 inches - but stretches . Zips at back . Cute sleeve detail- almost see thru . All buttons intact. Only worn once .
