mustard yellow smocked off the shoulder top

this top is smocked so it stretches to hug you in all the right ways! it can be worn on or off the shoulder, and the color makes it perfect for layering this fall, or wearing by itself in the spring and summer! it’s only been worn a couple of times so it’s in great condition. the fabric is really soft and comfortable as well.
