Neon Pink tulle over orange fabric. Brown dirt marks on back of orange inside fabric probably from floor when it was worn but would come out at any dry cleaner. It’s barely noticeable but just wanted to let buyer know! Worn once. Rhinestone band on chest and back (none missing). Great for prom, formal parties and sorority galas.
