navy blue cutout lace formal dress

this dress is one of my favorites, but has become too big for me to wear. express always has the best style dresses! this pretty navy blue with lace pieces and cutouts just brings so much class and fun to one dress! i only worn twice. ~it does have a tiny pretty much unnoticeable stain~ great material, very flattering on!!! half zip in back. *smoke free home*
