navy blue tie-back dress by H&M

Sweet navy blue tie-back dress from H&M. Cool Aztec-inspired white leaf design with pops of turquoise, red, and yellow. Tag says US size 10, but the top portion has a snug fit. Seems more like an 8 to me. Please see dimensions in photos. Short sleeves and v-neck look great under the sun or under a sweater. Zipper and button-top closure on the back. Long ties on both sides cinch the waist as much or as little as you want with length enough for a big or small bow or knot. Lightweight and breezy material - no tag info to confirm, but I think it's a cotton/poly blend. This dress's subtle vintage/90s era vibe goes great with sandals or boots!
