navy sparkle dress

this dress is one of my absolute favorites it is a halter top with glitter decorations on the top and a bow around the waist and the bottom part is sort of like tool but a lot more sturdier and it has glitter in the top of the glitter doesn’t get everywhere and it’s super cute. it’s a size 3 but that wasn’t an option
