☆ need some advice ☆

What type gel eyeliner does everyone use?? I usually do drug store cheaper makeup and never have any luck with it at all. Im just getting into name brand makeup & wanna get a good gel eyeliner is there any u can recommend?? Would like waterproof non smudging and can blend to 4 smokey Also need good primer, setting spray & brows. Either comment or tag me in the closet Thank you for all the help I appreciate it so much. Was thinking getting beauty creations gel eyeliner but reviews are 40/60
