neon hart body con set with button down top + scrunch skirt

it’s from the brand neon hart and is a very soft, almost silky material. it is slightly see-through, but looks great with a tank or bralette underneath. it’s been worn a few times, but in good condition and no flaws/tears. it’s a size medium, and i’d say it’s true to size! also has a great stretchy fabric.
