NEW w/some manufacture's tags Charles River Apparel womens Soft Shell Jacket XL. 90% polyester 10% spandex. 3 pockets all w/ zippers ( 1 pocket is inside the jacket). Has those toggle tighteners at bottom of jacket to keep out drafts .Company's description : " Fitted styling w/ princess seams " " Provides warmth without the bulky feel" more info see last pic.
