True Vintage, New old stock. See measurements to ensure fit. Jessica Howard Dress, Tagged Size 12 Looks like 3 pieces - Shirt, Vest and Skirt, but it's all one piece/attached. Multicolor Paisley print on the vest and skirt, off-white shirt. White has yellowed a little bit, see photos. Spot on the collar - see photo. May or may not come out with treatment. I haven't tried with the tags still on it. "top" is acetate-rayon. Hidden buttons with a cameo like button at the neck. Stand up collar. Long sleeves. "Vest" has attached ties, buttons down the front and a black collar. "Skirt" is midi length on some, maxi on others. Stretch at the waist. Measurements - flat (All measurements in inches) Shoulder, seam to seam - 16.5 Underarm to underarm - 20 Waist, at the narrowest point - 15 (18 stretched) Length, from center of back (bottom of collar if present) - 50 D39
