This is a next Petites brand. I think it is European because tag says size is UK 8 and EUR 36. It is part 100% cotton and part 100% polyester knit tee. Approximate measurements Are pit to pit 16". Length is 24". Sleeves measure 7". It is a fun bow tie and hearts shirt. Pair it with a skirt or jeans. Fun!! It is in used very gently condition.
