nicole bakti holiday skirt size 28 waist

Black satin evening skirt with pleats in front and back. Waist is 28 inches although the tag says L for large. 42 inches from waist to hem. It is perfect for any night time party and would go with any top or sweater. The skirt is very full and the hem measures 166 inches. It has a seven inch zipper in the back and small loops to hang it on a hanger. The waist is 1/2 inch and it is unlined. It has a puckered spot close to the hem that doesn’t show because of placement and color. No rips, tears or odors. Very good condition.
