niko and ... Cotton Voile Plaid Midaxi Dress from Japan Size L Adjustable Waist

niko and... midi/maxi length dress purchased in Tokyo last summer. Nearly new. Worn once, machine washed, air-dried, then stored vacuum-sealed in a de-humidified closet until now. Fabricated in light, airy, sheer cotton voile with muted plaid print in rusty red, creams, and dove gray. See video for sheerness. The waist has strings on both sides for adjustability. The first two photos show the difference between when the strings are relaxed all the way vs when they are pulled & tied. I saw girls on the subway in Japan wearing this style with the buttons open as a duster, too. In my opinion it would fit size M, L, XL because of how adjustable it is.
