noon by noor high end cocktail dress

Fully lined dress w/ long sleeves. Viscose & cotton, made in India. Sleeves are absolutely gorgeous w/ beaded embellishments. Made beautifully. Total length of dress is 32.5”. Sleeve length=24.5”. 2 of the photos show small imperfections under beads. Dress is a very dark navy. I took photos outside for truest hue. Pic of the tag was taken inside in a darker space.
