This is a super cute dress purchased at urban outfitters in the 90s. the tag says that it's from Hours Lass and is a size small. The material is super soft, comfy and stretchy. Measurements- front top to bottom- 39 inches, from back top to bottom- 55 inches, bust- 34 inches, waist- 36 inches. model measurements: 5,6" wears a size 4-6, waist- 28 inches, hips- 32.
