nwt Fringe Green Top

Lime green top with design and fringe at the end. Really different and fun! New with tag, never worn. Was given to me by a friend with a "H&M Coachella Collection" tag on it, but I haven't been able to figure out if it's actually from that collection or not. Really cute top one way or another! No size on tag but fits like a medium or small.
