Brand new with tag, from boutique line Haute Hits. White cotton popover blouse with white embroidery, and minty green lace insets in the sleeves. Keyhole back button closure. Tagged as a 16, but runs small, fit ours more like a 12/14... Measures 16.5" PTP, and needs to be loose for a comfortable fit. About 19" long.
