nwt Velvet by Graham & Spencer dress sz S / M

This listing is for the NWT pictured dress by Velvet by Graham & Spencer. This is such a pretty dress for summer vacations as it would easily translate from shopping to lunch to beach to dinner to dancing! The dress has a button v neck, a removable tie belt and delicate eyelet details on the end of the sleeves. This is marked a Small but I listed this as a medium as I think it runs big with a pit to pit measurement of 22". Length is 37". This dress in brand new, with tags, there are no flaws, stains, rips or tears. Please review pictures for full description.
