ny collection ~ cap sleeved blouse ~ size L

Perfect for spring! This blouse has a crinkly style and is cap sleeved with ruffles on the sleeves as well as on the button placket. Colors are lilac, fuss chia, and yellow, gray, and a little bit of white. I wore it with a light gray pair of pants and it looked great! It also comes with a matching tie that I didn't use. No longer has the loops for the tie, but it still works!
