I just Google info for you and it reads "According to OSEA Malibu, their skincare products have a shelf life of one year after opening and 30 months after the manufacturing date if unopened. However, some say that unopened lotions and creams can last up to three years if kept in a cool, dark place. Direct sunlight and extreme temperature changes can also reduce the shelf life of products, even if they are unopened."
