What is the inseam and is there any extra fabric to bring down the hem

The pants have a 31.5 inseam and have a cuff/turnup on the hem, which allows about 4 extra inches to be let out. I am able to do tailoring on some items so if you need the fabric let out, after you purchase i could let out the hem if you need
