off the shoulder tribal print dress

This dress is super cute and fun! It is an off the shoulder dress but could be worn as a scoop neck as well! It has cute belled sleeves with lace on the edges! It’s so comfortable and has only been worn once! The tag doesn’t determine the size but fits a size small possibly a medium. It is basically brand new as well! (clean and smoke free house hold)
