km1991 @lulabell1976 - hello - while laying flat the measurement across the waist of the skirt is approx. 14.5” (top of skirt, narrowest part), across the bottom of the top is 14”, and across the widest part of chest is about 17”. The skirt is 18” long. Continued in next comment...

km1991 Measuring while laying flat worked better than measuring the circumference as I got a few different readings with my measuring tape. Hope that makes sense. Also - the set is more hot pink than orange as in the photos. I can get better color photos tomorrow in the daylight.
