one-shoulder rosebud pleated dress

one of my fav dresses in my closet but can't fit anymore as my waist has expanded after baby! 😓 slightly padded in the chest area. hard to believe it's a forever 21 dress! fits best with 23"/24" waist. it's pretty fitted once on. skirt slightly pleated. color is shiny magenta.
