open back lulu’s dress!!!

this dress is a beautiful sea foam green color with a halter neckline! it is an xs and has an open back! it is a skater style dress and as pleats in the skirt! it has a layer of fabric underneath that comes out at the bottoms! it has a silver zipper and is in great condition! it does have a very small, unnoticeable seam that has picked on the dress.
