loose fitting a-line black sleeveless dress by painted threads, with longer hem in the back. back of neck opening is in a V-shape. 100% polyester. light and flowy. sleeve openings 24" around. shortest length in the front hem (from shoulder seam) is around 30". longest hem in the back is around 37". maximum bust is 38". skirt at bottom flares out to about 68". EUC. no flaws.
