This dress is so lovely! The ribbon at the empire waist is not functional to adjust the size of the dress but adds a beautiful touch. The floral pattern is a gorgeous mix of blues, green, and white and the lining of the dress makes it fit in such a flattering way! As the photos show it is a little too small for me but you get the idea of how lovely it is on!
