pastel & floral candle plate

this candle plate is absolutely beautiful! has such a tea party coquette vibe to it. from the brand waxaccessories whimsy from 2004. has rose motifs and polka dots and swirls. vintage 2000s y2k. also can be used as a jewelry plate or to house other knick knacks! only flaw is a small chip on the side (as show on 3rd photo). it is not visible unless you are looking under the plate.
