peplum wrap top

This one of a kind top is made of 100% cotton, with contrasting peplum “skirt” and tulip sleeves. Ties on the front right inside and front left on outside. 20 inches pit to pit in the back (front can be wrapped tighter or looser for fit) 23 inches shoulder to hem. Peplum skirt is 8.5 inches tall. For reference, mannequin has a 39 inch bust and 36 inch waist. Excellent unworn condition. All seams are finished. Check out my closet for other handmade items.
