pierre cardin vintage 90s Y2K skirt!

pierre cardin brand Y2K skirt! the size is technically 14P, but honestly, i am 5’4” and have been wearing it with a hair tie/belt making it my size and it is so cute. lovely light flowy fabric with beautiful flower pattern and lace trim at waist. it hits just above the ankles for me, like a midi length.
