*please see size note* NWOT Forever 21 Tie Dye Shorts

Brand new without tags pastel tie dye shorts from Forever 21. Beautiful mint aqua and peach/ pink swirl. Not lined but fabric seems water resistant like it would dry out fast at the beach, theme park, or pool! They have been washed and tried on but never worn, because they turned out to be way too small! They are size large but not made for a curvy booty. I am size 8 and they seem like they would accommodate a 4/ small 6. 15” across drawstring waist.
