purple and white urban outfitters blouse

“the fifth label” very cute open and flowy blouse. has a string that you can tie to make the top ruched. split into two parts at the bottom and has a v neck. oval opening at the top of the back with a button closure and the sleeves are cuffed at the end. size xs but is very flowy. nothing is wrong with the top it was just to big for me. comes from a smoke free home make me an offer!!
