red plaid blouse s/m (see desc.)

magnolia place red plaid puff sleeve button up blouse. 100% polyester, thicker material. Tag says xl, but I tried it on and it is snug on me (med.) so probably fits more like a small or medium. Probably from unique vintage. Never worn, but there seems to be some minor heat damage? (pencil for scale) edit: I have added a few photos of the shirt on someone who is 5’3” and normally wears a size med/6 to hopefully clarify questions about sizing
