hukanny @storyofmycloset u can take it to the store but I don't know if they fix it, because I bought one then this happened and then I returned it. Year later I bought it again because I thought I need it. It gets undone but I don't wear the bag for a long period of time. It's hard to explain that's why I priced it this low. If you're skeptical no worries I understand some people don't want to invest in something they will leave in the closet. I had this for almost ten years and the condition is almost brand new besides the metal clasp
