ruffle trim dress

This dress is brand new never worn from shein, took it out of the package and didn’t like the colors for me. The style is extremely cute with the ruffle sleeves. It was $11 on shein. 100% polyester- not stretchy I believe shein runs a little small but this fits like a standard size 4-6 medium dress
