This vintage dress is perfect for a picnic on a summer day! The waist is 36" and the bust is 40". It's handmade of a rayon/poly. The skirt is white so it's a bit sheer, but it's great with a slip!

janesuth What color are the stripes? Any flaws, snags, stains, tears etc with this piece?

alice_louise The stripes are black. There are no noticeable flaws. It's in very good shape for a vintage piece. It does need to be worn with a slip, because the white can be a bit sheer.
