kmarket1 @klbarrin hello! The chest measures 13 1/4 and the waist is approximately 12.5. It really flares out a bit before the natural waist. I am generally a size 2 and this fit me with a little room to spare. I hope this helps. It it is still sold at Saks you could buy it and try it on then send it back.
