satin floral dress

Bought this dress brand new with tag but it was delivered to me as defective. There are rips by the bust area- took pictures to show damage. That’s why it listed as fair. Other than that the dress is in brand new condition. Also selling because it a little to short for me. PLEASE LOOK THROUGH PICS TO SEE DAMAGE WHICH ARE THE RIPS BY THE BUST AREA.
