shiny velvet pants

Please, read carefully- so, first, it is really very rich looking pants, black velvet with shiny strip on both sides. But, it says 3XL-4XL, which I believe is extremely not correct- I am M/L, and you can see how it fits me, so it is definitely for M, L( please, look at the photo). And you can see that there is kind of 2 holes on top, that is for that belt which goes inside, but I don’t have it, and probably it wasn’t there since the day I got this pants, and I think it is unnecessary. And pants are very warm.
