kysmother I use to think that this was crazy, then someone bought some earrings from me accused me of selling fakes. THEN AFTER I sent proof to POSH that they were Authentic. Posh then came back and said the buyer said the earrings were damaged FIRST she said "FAKE" & NOW "DAMAGED" ! They let her rtn them to me & I got back a Pair Of MK Earrings that a stone was missing & the stones on each side were damaged ,they were scratched up. I told my Fiancé I am going to start taping my shipments ! 😔

heavenscent2u @kysmother Wow Oh Wow! My customer after 5 days of accepting her package that she did not rec'vd her dress and if i would do a partial refund... Heres a classic case of a postal system theft where the box was opened up and contents i.e. the dress was stolen out and the box resealed and sent back though the delivery process...

heavenscent2u @kysmother As for my dear repeat customer .. If only she had not accepted and put in a case she would have been covered under my protection method and a partial refund from poshmark would have possibly been granted due to the situation. So sad!😔

heavenscent2u @cw13806 Its not always the customer that's unethical I just experienced a situation where a postal theft occured where they opened up the package stole a dress, resealed the box and sent through the delivery process. 😐

heavenscent2u @kysmother Hi there! My most recent sale rec'vd a dress and claims that it smelled of strong vinegar lololol. Really? Who would send someone sosomething that smell as foul as vinegar?! This claim by far exceeds all I've experienced in my 30+ years in the retail business. It just shows that ppl will use every trick of the trade and go through any length to get there money back. Smh🤔
