goodfindsmn @songofthesouth Sorry, curious why you ask the where question? My items come from various sources. Howevee This particular piece was from a boutique. This is a vest style so how it hangs will depend upon the wearers body shape and height.

songofthesouth I bought something similar at a PFI/Boot Barn western store and didn't want to duplicate the same thing is why I asked where. I can't get to mine right now to verify. I think mine has little pompoms on it though.
