this romper is my fave i've ever had. it's gotten so so many compliments and you will too!! it's cotton with mini fringy... what would you call them... ornaments? the back is a half-zip up and shows a lil skin. 28.5" shoulder to bottom. there's a lil fraying on a couple of the fringes but nothing noticeable
