@neishaar laying flat armpit to armpit is approximately 19 in and waist 17 in, so approximately 38 waist and 34 waist? the bust is pleated. let me see if I can find a Marchesa size chart too

okay! here is a Marchesa chart for a 10, I'll add the screen shot. I think that the waist there is probably more accurate as I was a little low in my measure tape placement. looks like 16 lying flat, 32 waist

@neishaar oh sorry! I added a photo of the Hem you can see that the actual dress ends a little before the lace, closer to 35 or 35.5.
